Dear Halim,
       My family and I are fine here.I hope you are happy with your new place and school.I also miss you very much.Thank you for writing a letter to me and remember me.I was really happy to receive your letter.I am so sorry for your problem,physical appearence.Do not worry because many people having this problem.

       There are several advices from me to you.I hope my advices could overcome this problem.First,you have to always wash your face.You have to wash your face after woke up from sleep and before you sleep.Remember,wash your face with warm water.If could,find a suitable skin care product.Skin care product are very important to us either man or woman.It can make your face become clean and fresh.

        Second,do not forget to eat vegetables and fruits.Each vegetables and fruits have their own vitamins.Each time you eat your food,remember to take fruits and vegetables.By having the vegetables and fruits,our body will stay healthy,a good mind and a good skin.Do not forget to drink plain water.8 glasses one day could make our skin healthy.

        Third,you must get enough sleep to get healthy skin.Many people thought that sleep is not important to maintain healthy skin.If we lack of sleep can lead to headache.We must sleep 8 hours in one day to get a better sleep.

        Lastly,exercise is very impotant to us.Exercise can removed toxic and our body will stay healthy.This shows that exercise are very important in our life.We must exercise 3 days in a week.In one day.we must spent 3 hours to exercise.More sweat,more toxic removed.

        I hope these advices are useful for you.I hope you are following these steps and i also will do these at home.Hope you satisfied with my suggestions.When you get this letter,please do not forget to reply.I will always remeber you,my best friend.

Hi, how are you? I hope you are fine with your beloved family . Thank you for your letter and sorry because I replied late. I am sad to hear about your skin problem.

There are a few ways to keep our face healthy. Firstly, you need to wash your face everyday. Try to use the warm water because it helps us to moisturize and reduce the oil on our face. Oil can bring many bacteria and pimples on our face. We also need to choose the suitable skin care product. Do not use products that contain oil and a lot of chemical substance. It make our face become worst.

You must eat many vegetables and fruits too. They can make our face healthier. They have a lot of vitamins such as vitamin C, which are good to our skin. You have to drink a lot of plain water. At least eight glasses per day. Plain water helps us to neutralise the acids in our body.

As humans, we need to get enough sleep. Our body will feel tired and we also become stress if not get enough sleep. Stress is totally bad to us in keeping our face healthy. Please be a happy go lucky person. We need enough time to make sure our skin is healthy.

Never forget to exercise. It helps us a lot. We can bring out many sweat with doing this thing. Furthermore, we can keep our body healthy too. Exercise is among the ways to remove toxic in our body.

Correction form 2 final year examination

Firstly, I would like to say sorry for late reply your letter. How are you? I am fine here. The purpose I am writing this letter is to tell you some advice and suggestion to overcome your physical appearance problem.

First of all, you need to wash your face with warm water everyday. Use the suitable skin care product after washing your face with warm water. Wash your face with facial cleanser thrice a day especially at night before you go for sleep. During sleep, your skin need to breathe so wash your face before sleeping.

Besides that, make sure you had a healthy diet. Eat well to make sure your body is healthy. Eat more vegetables and fruits. They contains a lot of vitamins which helps your red blood cells functioning well. Then, drink plain water at least eight glasses a day. It will helps you regain liquid in your body everytime you loses it during sweating. Seventy percent of our body are liquid.

Furthermore, have enough sleep. Sleep at least 6 hours but do not more than 9 hours to reduce the risk of death. For your information, based on the scientist's experiments many of the people died because of lack of sleep. When we do not get enough sleep, we will get stress easily and soon cause death. Besides that, get enough sleep for your healthy skin.

Lastly, exercise at least twice a week. Do this to produce sweat and at the same time, remove toxic from your body. Remove these unwanted substances to avoid them from being kept in our body and cause diseases. Then, take a walk at least 10000 steps a day as a light exercise for your body. In addition, washing clothes manually by using your hands or go up and down the stairs may help you to keep your body healthy.

I hope you will use and take advantage from all my advices and suggestions. It may be hard to do these immediately. Do it slowly and soon you will find it is really easy and fun. Firstly, make them as your daily habit. Please do tell me if you find it effective for you.

Eating right and eating clean

             It had been a quite long weekend for me and my family. We had diarrhea and vomited quite a few times.  It had never happened before. All kind of questions pop up in my mind.What did we eat that cause it to happen? How could this happen to us after all the efforts that I took to prepare clean food for my family? How long will it last? Did the food that I prepare was contaminated?What should I do to lessen the effects? The most important thing that I had learned are to make sure that the food that we eat is totally clean and have a balanced diet. 
            Children need to taught the importance of eating fruits. Fruits will help to improve their bowel and colon health. Although it is difficult to make them eat it, parents should play their role in this situation and persuade them to eat it.
            Preparation and serving of food is also important. All the tools and the area around the preparation place must be clean. The food must be place in a close container. Food must not be out in the open more than 3 hours. Any frozen food must be cooked immediately after it had defrost.
           Drinking a lot of water also is good for health. Make sure you drink at least 8 glass of plain water a day. Water help to cool your body, as well as in food digestion.
           Eating right and clean is very important in our life. Let take care of our health by following the above guidelines.

Extensive Damage Caused By The Flash Flood

BAGAN: Sat, the famous industrial estate in Malaysia, Bagan Industrial Estate newly had an unlucky incident when the estate was under a flash flood, which caused extensive damaged to the factories.

Besides, the machinery, new materials and products also had a worst damaged.The flash floods was caused by clogged monsoon drains. the stream cannot direct the drain and only sumped there. And then, when the rain occured, the level of water increased and the flood occured. These also caused by the attitude of the people that does not really care about their surroundings.

The manager of Bagan Industrial Estate, Mr Henry Tan, 56, said 'I estimated the estate loss about 2 millions ringgit and it was a large amount' .Because of this incident,15 factories must to be closed too.The workers could rest for a few months because the factories had a very serious damaged.

The nearby residents also had to evacuate to the other places for their safety because of the damaged house.One of the residents,Encik Rahmat,42,said 'the water in his house had reached to 12.5 cm after 4 hours rain heavily without stop'.The residents felt so sad and also regret because of this incident and their attitude towards surroundings.

The Prime Minister,Dato' Seri Najib Tun Razak and a few another contributors were helped the victims with giving them some financial assistance.People should also avoid activities that could caused flood.For all fusse that involved in the flood,be aware of the safety and always obey to the instruction by the authorities.

Crackers on Aidilfitri

Glorious day of Aidilfitri is about 2 weeks from now. Parents are busy preparing new clothes, furniture and decorating their house. Meanwhile children are celebrating the coming festival in their own way such as playing firecrackers and even make their own crackers although they knew it is dangerous. From years to years there are news on children lost their fingers because of playing own made crackers. But some children just do not learn from all the incidents. Government had taken precautions to overcome this problem. Under the Explosives Act 1957, the government has banned the import or sale of fireworks and firecrackers and a person can be jailed for five years or fined RM10,000 or both.


            Eventhough the banned had been done, still the incident occur during festive season every year. Do you think, the act by the government really help to prevent the lost of fingers and accident involving children playing crackers? What can you suggest to prevent the accident from happening?

Break fast : Home vs. Hotel & Bazaar

Usually, during Ramadhan, many people will buy foods from the 'bazaar Ramadhan', but actually the foods that is sold there was not completely clean. They may be exposed to the passing by vehicles' smoke, fly and maybe some virus from the passers-by that having flu or cough. Besides that, sometime it's hard for us to satisfy with the foods that we bought. We will usually satisfy with our homemade meals although it's not perfect.

Besides 'bazaar Ramadhan', some people will break fast at the hotels. I think it's not really a good choice because the foods at hotels not means that they are completely clean and delicious. On the other side, by breaking fast at hotel will waste our money. Actually we can eat the same kind of foods as the food at the hotel at home with only a usage of small amount of money. Besides it can save our money, eating our own cook are more guaranteed and healthy. That shows by eating our own cook is much better than eating at hotel.

Ramadhan month

It had been one week since we started fasting. When people talk about Ramadhan, it is always revolve around food, 'terawih', 'baju raya' and 'bazar ramadhan'. When I was young, I remembered, my family never eat 'tapau ' food from the stall during Ramadhan. We always had home cook meal. I do not know why but it was one of the sweet memories in my life. My mother and father are good 'chef'. All their meals are delicious. I miss their cook. I tried to do the same thing now in my own family, but sometimes I was so tired to cook even just one meal. Last Thursday, my husband and I went to a hotel to break our fast. The truth is eating our own cook is much better than eating at the hotel. I understand now why my parents like to cook during fasting month. What do you think?
